*THE SHINING 3D ELF IS NOT CURRENTLY SUPPORTED ON MAC*
  • USB-C Port Requirements
    Check if the USB-C port supports Power Delivery (PD).
    If PD is not supported, the i900 scanner cannot be used.
    The i600, i700, and i700w scanners can be used, but the Plug & Scan feature (direct connection without a Power Hub) is not supported.
